Dead, courtesy of iOS 10 – UP® – Smart Coach for Health Review

No syncing. No flashing lights on charger. Thought it was me, but similar complaints on Twitter and elsewhere. (It's usually a 4-5 star device. The 1-star is to get Jawbone's attention.)
