This app requires a time investment to be useful. Once this learning hurtle is overcome, it becomes very useful. This app is feature rich which allows a polished, finished product. I recommend this app without reservations.
Note disappeared overnight

After spending an entire day making notes, the note was gone the next morning. Useless doodles trying out the app are still there but important note is gone. Only thing support could suggest is check my recycle bin (guess he didn't know there isn't one on an iPad) or I may be searching wrong (only have 6 items so there is no searching involved). Can't trust the app not to lose your work. Total waste of money.

I love this app but I just can't trust it not to erase or delete everything as I am going along taking notes. I want this app to work but I am currently very frustrated that I just lost everything, again. Please tell me if I have something set up wrong. Help.
One of my favorite apps

My job requires me to do field measurements and this app allows me to take a picture of the object and measure it write on my iPad. The stylus function allows quick easy and accurate writing directly to the images. If you need write notes in the field, this app is the best!!!

I enjoy this app. It's my go to for work when I jot stuff down. I use one of those pens you can buy and works really well.
Robust App That Anyone Can Use

Where do I begin? This app has all the bells and whistles. I use it primarily as a CADD / Mind-mapping / Notes / Sketching app. The possibilities are endless. If you want something that is feature-rich that can do some heavy lifting, I would definitely give this app a go. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but what worthwhile skill doesn't?

I was a long-time user of the now discontinued NoteSuite. After researching and trying many apps, I have settled on ZoomNotes. I am a heavy user of notes and annotations. This does it better than the others. A bit of a learning curve to start, but helpful tutorials are provided. Most importantly, I have never lost any notes or documents. A concern I've had with other apps based on their reviews. Only downside is PDF conversion if internet is not available. NoteSuite had it built in. This uses google. I use a 3rd party app that does conversions off-line.
All the tools none of the design

What I love about this about is its diversity. There are so many things I can do in terms of pens, markers, lasso, recording, page layouts, etc. The big problem I have is with the complicated design. For an example- to turn the page from full screen mode takes 3 different click functions. It's something I've really had to get used to. I wish things were more simple to navigate while still maintaining the many options this app provides. The other reason I took off a star is because I've notice a reoccurring glitch in split screen mode while using the zoom feature. These things, however frustrating, have definitely not deterred me from using the app. The good absolutely outways the bad.
