Issue with email templates

Merge fields are not displaying correctly in the email text area when sent from app. Works fine on desktop.

I’d give 3.5 but not 4. Easy to use but obvious import and export features not available.

Update 8/28/2019 They continue to give the same response to this issue for the past 5 years “We do not have any immediate plans as of now” to fix this issue that we’ve neglected. Update: 8/24/2019 Still nothing useful from Zoho. Their answer was useless. They do not allow you to set your own default for font and text size for emails sent from the CRM and the app. Issue going on for over 5 years that they’ve known about. Developers have known about the issue of not allowing changes to font size for over 5 years and still no changes. Makes the app user appear unprofessional to the clients due to emails appearing in different sizes and fonts.

Mobile version not good

Web version is good but mobile version is not good. We need widgets in home (mobile version) and I can not see notifications properly
