Pool filter is broken.

Call the pool boy! If you add “pool” to the filter, any house that has a pool table or is down the street from a public pool will sneak through, if the listing agent has put the word “pool” in the description.

Informative app, but the mathematical model used by Zillow is only approximate. I recently refinanced my house and the professional appraisal was $4,000 higher than the Zillow appraisal. Additionally, the Owner View page for my property shows two different Zestimates, one in the Search screen and another in the my Home Screen.

Filters don’t work, particularly the under contract filter. I don’t want to see tons of houses that are already under contract. Even when the filter doesn’t include these, they still show up. Also, you now need to click on on more drop downs in order to find out general information about a house instead of seeing it on the initial click.

It’s a nice app until you actually want to contact someone about a house then it’s a joke. No questions allowed!... very bad service. They just want to force you into a sale and nothing else. It makes the home buying process harder for the buyer because my agent has to compete with this nonsense.

Although I have the land and lots box unchecked I’m bombarded with lots and land. If I wanted to see lots and land, I’d check the box. I like the app, but this is very frustrating.

I don’t know what possessed Zillow to change the app so that it carries outdated information and furthermore why it will not permit updates to the bad information. I can no longer trust the information it contains.
