Not so accurate

I’ve done $90,000 in house up grades , forced air htg and a/c , automated irrigation $10.000 in fenced yard . My neighbor hasn’t done a thing in 8 years , literally a mess , that house is worth more , go figure . Get real .

I use Trulia, but decided to give Zillow a try. I’m looking for a beach place around $150,000. The Zillow app won’t let you say !25-150 thousand, or whatever your range is. It will only say a dollar amount and up! So if you type in 100,000 and up, all you get is condos 275,00 -569,000. Now why does Zillow think I’d be up for a day of looking at stuff I’m not interested in? I deleted it.

Zillow provides me the ability to house hunt before driving out to see the property. There is such a selection Zillow is also quite informative about pricing, square footage and location.

This app needs to have a separate section for investment properties! Almost every home I’m interested in says DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS. That’s cool, but I need a home I can live in. Secondly, it’s needs a user friendly way to remove contingent homes. If the sales falls through put it back on the site. Other than that. I don’t need to see a house I can’t buy. When I say 4 bedrooms. I mean 4. For some reason I choose 4 but the site keeps showing me 3 bedroom homes. That is beyond annoying!!

Difficult to access markers

Would prefer a list view with option for map view. Markers that are close together are hard to access. Many available houses on other apps don't appear here. Filters seem to not reset/function properly.

Decent app for casual browsing

The filters generally don’t apply to the current search. When the toggle is “off” for displaying Under Contract homes, the search results still display Under Contract homes making the search tiring after clicking on countless homes that are already under contract.

Bunch of garbage listings, lies, scams, half the land I look up is landlocked. I ask for info and I get harassed to give vultures my phone number. I always give a fake number, and these ******** refuse to contact me via email.

They don’t show the pics of the homes recently sold

They are not showing the old pics of recently sold homes. This requires me to switch to Realator.com app to see these old pics. I need to see these pics to compare to other property in the area to see if the home is a good investment for us. If I have to continue to switch to another app I might as well stay there.
