Happy with Zillow

Zillow is my first source for information about real estate opportunities. Two days ago I purchased a property at a foreclosure sale I learned about on Zillow. Bought the house for less than half of the current Zestimate! My findings are that Zestimates are frequently lower than the real values ... especially because Zillow uses square footage as its primary basis for value, and ignores Location, Location, Location as the most important value influences.

Que pueda buscar las casas por el zipcode , con el nombre de la ciudad, y que no sean de más de 450.000, de 3 recamaras y 2 baños, si es posible no en Condos ya q el HOA es muy alto…!!! Y de un solo nivel…!!! Gracias…!!!

(1) Photo of my home does not show “my” home but shows neighboring home and mislabels neighboring home by giving it my home address. When brought to Zillow’s attention by e-mail Zillow responded that the photo Zillow used came from Google and was not Zillow’s fault. Photos used are also very outdated and fail to show current appearance of homes in neighborhood. (2) Zillow keeps recommending and saving homes in Huron, Ohio about which I have never sought information. I have tried to find a way in the Zillow app to delete these and stop the recommendations of them but find no way to delete in the Zillow

It would be really great if instead of just offing school ratings, you could set home searches with school ratings being one of the factors. Where it would only list homes available in schools rated the desired rating or higher.

When it works, it works well... but other times (such as for the last week) it won’t find anything in your search area. I can even type in a zip code and it’s unable to search!

Can’t find the town I live in or the next town either direction. Live in Auburn Alabama so not small town. No filters on just tells me can’t find location zoom out or zoom in.

Great way to browse for places

I get bored too often and tend to look for places that I can’t afford or wouldn’t buy. But it shows me available locations and that’s pretty cool. Overall good app.
