Zillow never corrects obvious errors in the ‘facts’ about properties even after repeated notification. Listing photos dont always show up after upload.

No one replied to my request for house tour. If the landlord doesn’t want to show their house, why bother listing????? Zillow itself must be good but it’s the people who listed their place here. Zillow must manage the realtors/landlords more effectively. They don’t even care to respond when someone request for the tour. Not worth investing my time to find a place here. I’d rather look elsewhere.
What’s up with update!

I can’t use this app on my iPad as of today. It says update and I cannot as it gives me a message that I can use a compatible version but it doesn’t download... I’m very disappointed as I enjoy using it on my house hunt!

Frustrating when you scroll to another state (looking for a beach house) and return to your everyday region and all of the listings now appear as new, as-if you have not already viewed it. This has been occurring for over a year now.
Be prepared for an ONSLAUGHT of notifications if you do a search

I have never experienced an app/service as noisy as Zillow. Good lord. It’s like turning on a fire hose. I saved ONE search and get dozens of emails and notifications daily. It is a nightmare. Worse, i cannot even tune it, so it’s sending me tons of recommendations that aren’t even in the area I’m looking.

Several listings never got approved/published. When I reached out to Zillow concerning it, they said they needed to see the deed to the land proving I was the owner etc. after a long song and dance dealing with their incompetence I listed my properties with another listing agency. Sad Zillow used to be good… Use to be…
