Sorry, yet I loved this app until I just saw a sponsored agent’s ad pop up among the listing. :(
Exceptionally Difficult to Remove Listing

The app automatically increases the number of full baths if you enter 1/2 bath. I entered 2 1/2 baths but it listed it as 3 full baths. When I tried to remove my listing I discovered there are no links to do so, neither on the app or on their full website.

This app is not user friendly very confusing complicated if trying to post a home from cell phone. I’m sure Zillow for real estate agents have is very professional and easy to navigate. There are no best practices or guidelines from Zillow for FSBO and if God forbids you make a mistake try to correct it will waste many days of your time the people in Zillow “help” center are quick to say no. I have seen the nice Zillow commercials and don’t reflect the FSBO treatment.
