Buggy rarely works

This app is barely usable. The map feature keeps showing the same result for an area and the map is not even showing. Have to reset the filters on numerous occasions to find any new listings I will use Realtor.com from now on this app is worthless
Great App, but needs two major updates/changes

Always have relied on Zillow to keep me updated with the market and what’s available. Really appreciate all the information contained within a listing. The two major elements of why it’s not my only source and why I definitely need other apps are: 1. No ability to filter out 55+ communities. (Not fair and super frustrating as often these listings are within young professionals and first time buyers budgets) 2. Not as up to date as other real estate apps. (There seems to be a major lag on status updates once posted to Zillow. Not sure if this is an app fix or the post managers issue.) If #1 could be prioritized - I’m sure others who don’t qualify for those areas would be be much obliged.

The app should allow comments so we can see what other people thought when they viewed a property. We need to drive down catfishing for homes. This app has a rating but homes listed do not..

Please update this app with more recent investment. Offer time I see that the information is inaccurate. And it’s repetitive whether I log in now or 2 weeks from now, it’s the same house.

Every house that shows up “ with pool” doesn’t really have one. The filter only works if people are honest or aren’t idiots and apparently that isn’t the case. Make them post a dedicated pic of the pool in a certain field, and have as an option to showcase or something. Same with waterfront or other filters/ amenities too. I should be able to cut through the noise easier and faster.

I love this app I just wish they had a little more updated information on cost/availability of apartment units and condo availability. Overall, this is my go-to app for real estate.
