ZESTIMATE tool is highly flawed

I would like further explanation for why the “ZESTIMATE” of my home changed after only making changes to the “what I love about this home section” within this application by $10,000!!! Prior to making changes to this section, the ZESTIMATE showed my home somewhere in between $174,000-$175,000. After making changes ONLY to the “WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME” section the ZESTIMATE now only shows $165,000. How can your company claim that a ZESTIMATE is a good tool to use for home buyers when it can be DRASTICALLY skewed in price when only inputting text into the listing page? A $10,000 difference is pretty substantial and enough to change ones opinion and considering that this system is far from flawless, it should either be removed all together or these changes should be made ASAP!

Zillow won’t stop sending notifications even after I turn notifications off. Going to have to delete the app.

Great app but need to place tax back It was amazing when the property indicated the tax and had the Google areal view No with no tax not much effective. Most listings now don’t have tax So you have to use 3rd party Please indicate that on mostly all properties like before And the google areal and it is the best app 5 stars

I realize it may be the fault of the township, but I am tired of contacting both with a shrug by Zillow saying it’s the township with no effort by Zillow and the township saying it’s correct when it’s not.
