I have been trying to list my home for sale by owner on Zillow for over a month. I have requested help with no answer.
Good for keeping up on prices in the area.
Food is fun again
I enjoy checking on the current price of homes in my area. Zillow is very good for keeping up to date on the changes in home prices.

The app freezes when I open home listings received in Zillow email notifications.

This app has gone haywire!! Half of my saved searches are MIA, several of them tell me I’m not connected to Zillow when I’m able to access others. The heart on the right side of the listing as you scroll through is very easy to tap when doing so and I end up having to unlike (quite often) homes I saved by accident. If anyone else is like me they generally scroll from the side so as not to block their view and since the majority of people are right handed it seems to me that I’m not the only one having this problem. Maybe you could move it to the other side...

Use to be great. Now it doesn't allow you to save searches and update. So disappointed. Use to love the updates. My screen has one little section in top left corner. Does not show the updates. But on the app it will change the number for updates but when u go in none of my saved queries are there

Great app. My only complaint is where the “love” and the “x” buttons are on the listings. I’m right-handed and sometimes when I’m swiping through, I accidentally hit the “x” button and the listing disappears!! I don’t even know how to undo that action so I never get to see those listings.

All I did was estimate a payment on a house, and I have already received 2 phone calls and an email from greedy and unprofessional real estate employees just begging to help me buy a house. This is DISGUSTING, and I would now recommend this app to no one!! Way to go zillow, you have officially lost a user.
Pending listing is stuck, can not change it at all

The app or online won’t let me update my listing from pending to anything, it’s stuck and I need my house back on the market.
