Doesn’t update and constantly goes out
Wow! Great game
We have multiple things on our WiFi that work 100 percent if not 99% but this app constantly is searching or going out

Suckered Purchaser
Do not trust any update. Most will literally kill your system to one which doesn’t function. Had to change apps similar to this because of updates which rendered the cams useless. Be skeptical when “trusting “ updates.
Says wrong password...it’s not

I changed it multiple times, still says it’s wrong. It worked good up until about a week ago.

Worked perfectly until the 30 day return period was up. Now all I get is “network error 20102009” over and over again.

Many of the same complaints. App freezes up and I have to constantly close it out and restart. Alert for motion rarely works, and when it does, it’s every 2 minutes where there is no movement. Half the time it shows a dummy picture instead of what it captured. The camera itself is so good, wish there was an app to match!
Password error message

We've had the camera for over five months now and all of the sudden we get an "incorrect password" message AFTER logging in.. Tried changing password and the message still comes up. Nothing has worked so far. Please fix or help me get around this.
