I was having the same issues with the app update. I uninstalled and re-installed. Logged in again and finally it worked.

This update happened automatically and now has deleted my account. I can't log in no matter what I do and now can't see my child. FIX THIS!!!!!

I can't find a way to contact anyone, but the most recent update requires a password, and we there is no option for if you don't remember your password. HELP! We can't use our camera's ?

I tried to connect this device wirelessly per the instructions that were sent with the device, it utterly failed there was no way to set up this device wirelessly.

Constantly stops working and then I have to reinstall to get up and running again. We use this camera as a baby monitor, so this is extremely NOT COOL. Honestly it could be dangerous- our baby's health and safety depends on being able to reliably see/hear him, especially at night when we are sleeping and would not know if the app shut down. Speaking of hearing… I hate, hate, HATE the fact that this app will not allow the audio to keep running when the app is closed. This is extraordinarily inconvenient and makes my phone unusable for anything else when I'm using it as a monitor. Horrible app as is, pleeeeeease fix these issues!!! I would be willing to pay for a better one. Thank you.

Camera was working before the update...Does anyone know how to contact someone about this issue? When I deleted the app because it wouldn't let me reset my password, I scanned the QC, because the Smart link didn't work the first I tried to set up the camera. Now when I scan the QC it is asking for device id, device name and password and I don't know where to get this information
