What happened to pre-sets for camera moves? It was a great feature! The app still doesnt work unless its on wifi for iphone!
Update ruined the camera

Please fix your latest update!!! The video is extremely slow to load. Constantly drops connection after a minute or two. The camera movement is AWFUL!! The most recent update made it extremely frustrating and nearly impossible to move camera into the right spot. It requires so much trial and error that it inevitably wakes the baby!! So very frustrating!!!

I liked it better when I could set 4 saved angles or camera positions as opposed to now where I have to manually scroll just to look around
Multiple streams with different devices is buggy

Yes, this app has had some bugs. Overall we have been happy with it. But we can no longer login on different devices simultaneously. What happens is the new logon will bump off the other device.

As we speak, it won’t let us in bc it’s saying our password is wrong yet it doesn’t show how or where to change or update the password so now we can’t check on the baby without going into the room. There is a constant white noise in the background, so it’s hard to hear when quiet noises happen. I do like that I can check it when I am away from home, but once again, we can’t currently get into it! I also wish it was able to record while the phone isn’t actually on the app like when we were on vacation it would have been nice to know that had something happened security wise we could have gone back through a recording
Video not working

I am not able to see the video on my phone anymore. Wether it's on wifi or not. Before it started asking me to update it worked ok now I can't see any video. It just keeps saying loading. Even after I updated it. My husband and I are very disappointed!!
Lost all presets

When they upgraded the app they removed the preset option. We have multiple cameras and presets helped us quickly see what need to see.

I can’t see my baby on the camera anymore when she is in her room. It is driving me crazy. It stopped letting me see her Saturday. It now tells me wrong password and I reset it many times. Please fix ASAP!!!!!!!!!
