I feel sorry for you if you bought this Camera!!! We thought it good at first. After their update all went to H3LL. Same problem everyone else has plus... We think there is another viewer... in the only one on and says Number of viewers: 2 when it’s only me watching the camera. My wife says it has moved also when no one is logged on. We think someone has access to our camera. Especially since we couldn’t reset our password and there was no way of resetting it. All in all. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR BUY MORE OF THESE CAMERAS. Also, if u read the description and look at the advertising of their product it’s a little fishy and written poorly. FEELS LIKE A SCAM CAMERA AND SOMEONE spying on us.
WiFi 5g read

If you have 5g it will still work off WiFi. Go to your setting on phone and select your non 5 g one. Then plug the camera in to your router with the cat5 into the lan line. Click add wired device then after its added change setting to WiFi and select your non5g one. Enter your WiFi password then you are set. Unplug your lan cat 5 and it’s set up. You can do another then unplug and move to another location and re plug in just don’t reset your camera. Hope this helps

Despite everything I tried this camera would not work, don’t waist time money or energy on this. Purchased from Amazon so guess I’m out my money

There is no one to call for support, the manual is not helpful. My password no longer works and can’t reset.
App is iffy at best.

Super frustrating when the app does not connect to the camera on the first try. I am constantly resetting my app and reloading just to miss what I needed to check in on.
The alarm only sounds occasionally

I bought this to see when one of my 5 rescue dogs is at the door, so I don’t have to keep checking for them, it’s cold outside!! The alarm only seems to sound if my phone is not asleep and the app is open, that’s not gonna work for me
