Works well on WiFi

I purchased this camera to use as a baby monitor and it works great when my phone or tablet is on WiFi. It states that you are also able to monitor on lte and for over a year now I’ve received an error message any time I try to access the camera without WiFi. As soon as I connect to WiFi it works great. The new interface update looks much better as well but definitely disappointed that it didn’t fix the lte issue.
Upgrade malfunctioning

Since the new update it had me change my password for added security. Now I can’t log in on either registered phone and when I try to change the password it says error or incorrect password. So I’m essentially locked out of my baby monitor... Not Cool!
App update removed best feature

My app did an auto update on me and now I lost what I loved- having the capability to preset set 4 positions of the camera. Now I can only move it manually. Those 4 potions allowed me to check an extremely large area at the touch of a button. Please tell me how to go back to previous software version???? I would rate it a 4 using the last version.

This app is OK they have two separate places for settings for the video one where you can reverse the image and you have to go to a completely different Setting to flip it horizontal or vertical. The app architecture is really terrible but it works OK if you want to monitor on your phone. I switched my settings so I could mount the camera upside down Dan I move the camera switch the horizontal setting back but the camera won’t flip back so this app has many issues.
