Not allowing uploads

The app and the website will not allow me to upload pdf files of my daughters paystubs. I am having to spend lots of additional time taking photos of the pdf files and then uploading them. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

PuC lovers friend
I spoke with an agent today named Bell. I have to say that was probably the best customer service oriented phone call I have ever had in my entire 47 years of existence. Not only was she was the sweetest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to but she was patient with me and very informative of her position with thhs. She took time to wait while I scattered thru my documents that I had written down in previous conversations but she also explained why I was having to do the things she was asking and things that were required to get me the best end result. She would not hang up with me until she had all the information needed so my case would go thru quickly and I would be qualified for emergency food stamps. I felt like due to my current situation that I was the epitome of someone that would qualify. So with all of that being said, she was extremely helpful and most of all patient with me. Which is exactly what I needed today. She wished me a happy late birthday and that made my day more than actually getting the stamps. So I just want to say thank you for having her as part of your team. She is absolutely an asset that anybody in this type of industry would be Lucky to have. Merry Christmas and again thank you.

Why are the Medicaid and snap renewals different when it’s for all off the same children… that’s really a waste of time

Can’t get ahold of anyone after my food stamps were canceled. Medicaid was approved I have no food, did my application your number says food stamps automatically extended for 6 months and I’ve allied for an interview daily cause they sent a text I have til today to be interviewed still no help and no way to get an answer with this app either. Please help me thank you
