Disappointed with state. I’m a great grandma raising my great grandson cause his parents are not responsible as of September 6,2019. He was placed with me through CPS and just because I volunteer took him in I don’t receive benefits. I struggle paying rent and utilities. I’m not asking a lot just snap and his TANF benefits.
