Do my 22 year old had a hard time doing yhis wasn’t user friendly for them.

If you guys are going to take 60 minutes for your hundreds of options you should just make it one option. Really aggravating when we wait for an hour for you to pick up the phone to get disconnected and not have the ability to call back. Do better Texas.

This app is absolutely terrific for uploading files. For navigating around to see if you have letters or form is there anything that you need done, just go to the regular site the site will only frustrate you. Not at the regular site is easier but at least you can find what you’re looking for.

Great but where's our balance?

Great great app. Only thing I don't understand is why we have to constantly call to get our balance when accessing the app would be so much easier and quicker? Please update he app so we can see our balance in real time!!!

I really like this app, especially when YOU CAN NOT get in touch with a rep via phone, you can always send the agency a message, this app is convenient and always keep you up to date.
