This app is amazing!!!! Alyx does a great job of making poses accessible to everyone regardless of their age or fitness level. In a society where yoga classes can be full of young, fit, flexible people it is sometimes very intimidating for an older person or someone with injuries to feel successful in that class environment. This app allows people to practice in the privacy of their own homes at their own pace. I will recommend this app to all of my clients & students!

Explanations and instruction is very clear. Covers all parts of the body. Poses are realistic for older individuals. I am an active 68 year old ice dancer who needs daily stretching to supplement my skating. This app is perfect for me.

I'm 74 years young & exploring modalities beneficial in maintaining strength & flexibility. This app is so very easy to follow & well put together in categorizing; i.e. standing, seated, lying on back, etc. Its very helpful with the explanation about what parts of the body benefits in each posture. Also helpful, is the list of individual body parts & the corresponding stretches. I like that I can pick & choose which poses I want to do on any given day - proceeding at my own pace, resting when tired & resuming when ready. This 'class' is always accessible on my devise(s). Very happy with presentation & content!

I'm almost 60yo and wanted to improve my flexibility and balance. This app made it easy to start yoga again. Videos have clear concise instruction. This app also has a simple way to lookup poses that focus on a particular area. I recommend this app to anyone wanting to do increase their flexibility and help stretch out painful areas.
