Needs help with iPad compatibility

The camera works great, the iPhone app works well but when I pull it up on our iPad it appears as though the developer is using some system that is only able to work with phone sizing. The picture is no bigger than my phone screen which seems like a waste when trying to use an iPad screen. I hope to see updates in the future to address this issue.

This camera and app used to work ok. Caught most motion and saved to the memory card. Never tried the cloud service. After the last update they remove all access the the ads card slot. No more recording or playback. Only option is a $150 a year subscription for online recording still not offering offline backups if internet goes out. This update makes this useless as a security camera. It was bought for offline recording and it no-longer dose that

I’ve been using yi home for over 2 years finding fair app service & hardware until today. New update is catastrophe making camera pretty much unusable with app covered with advertising. On fast data connection Camera load Time takes 60-90 seconds making it unusable for home security purposes. If you get motion alert want to see what’s going on , good luck with that.
App issues

App is now running slow, notifications no longer are coming through and I can not see my Cameras anymore. This is the second time the app has stopped sending us push notifications. Other then these issues, the cameras are actually really great.

I don’t understand how this app has so many great reviews, but it’s one of the slowest apps I’ve had to deal with. I have an iPhone 11 so there’s no reason it’d be an issue with my phone. Extremely frustrating. It’s hardest to load when I’m away from home. It’s important too because I need to check on my baby. Definitely 1 star

One could expect more stars in the (i)Clouds for Yi if they would do but a couple of (what we see to be) simple feats: FIRST, fix the delay in open response between open (view) requests and what appears to be an excessive buffering action; which oft times requires requester to close/reopen app in order to get a successful open. NEXT, have your developers write a release for iPad users to be able to use this app with automatic orientation; current versions only allow for portrait viewing -which are extremely annoying, not to mention limiting in (full picture) scope.
App causing phone to crash and reboot

I like the app and camera but recently the app has been causing my phone to crash and reboot. I hope that this can be fixed. I have deleted the app for now.
