Spelling mistakes and difficult to use

I paid for a 30 day loops and the app doesn’t work correctly. It is always something.. You get what you pay for buyer beware!

I used to love this app but the updates have removed certain features and they're pushing you to buy their overpriced cloud service. This camera is hardly worth the money it costs. Unless you just want a live feed you can pop into to look at it's useless up less you want to over pay for their cloud service. The camera is also buggy and doesn't record all motion activity. There used to be a timeline feature on the live video feed where I could scroll through and see the activity on a timeline with markers. It made it so easy to scroll to a specific time and watch what happened. This seems to be missing now. All I get now are the videos where activities were logged and they're only 6 seconds long. If something happens after those 6 seconds of motion capture I know don't have any footage of it I can view. It's telling me if I want to see more than 6 seconds I must PAY for a cloud service. What is the point of having this camera to record if my mail carries do/don't deliver something or if someone comes to my porch and steals a package but it only captures the first 6 seconds of them walking up??? This update has ruined the app and I'm not understanding why I'm only able to watch 6 seconds of a motion capture now. Please bring back the timeline feature. I'm not paying for a cloud service and this camera is pretty much worthlesss now. You can't sell something then gradually strip away features and make people Pay more to use them...that's something con artists do. I used to recommend this camera on my blog and to friends. I will be removing recommendations and updating my amazon reviews to reflect these new updates.

2-3 second delay in video and constantly buffering even though connected to same WiFi network as camera. Also doesn’t have the ability to display multiple camera feeds at once (not surprising since it does such a poor job with one feed).

The cameras kept going off-line constantly requiring reconnection that was unsuccessful time after time until I threw them out as junk. Do not waste your money or your time on this equipment.
Last update really messed it up

The cameras were fine until the latest update. Now I have to close and reopen the app several times to get the cameras to load. FIX IT! This review isn’t the only one complaining of the same issue.

Great app! Love there cameras also. They are inexpensive and extremely reliable. Only feature I wish would be added to the app is the ability to view all apps in a grid view.

The interior cameras work great, though not pleased with the 6 second record limit on activity to entice you into buying space on their cloud The app home screen is also covered with ads for buying their premium cloud services and smart kits instead of showing camera surveillance.
