Fails over time.

I don’t know if it the cameras or the app but after some time it will stop working for no reason. I believe the last update has caused the cameras to no longer work in “live” mode. I have two cameras and switched through both to see if one had just gone bad but neither work now. More than likely it’s because I don’t use the paid cloud service so they made an update to make the free users cameras not work Update So they now removed the option of putting your own SD card in the camera and being able to record and review without a monthly subscription. I’ll be tossing these in the garbage. I’ll keep the cord though.

The app is good, but on my iPad Air 2 ,the app doesn’t scale to the iPad’s screen.

The playback is faulty, it alerts so often for nothing then when I actually want to look at it at a certain time frame it won’t even work. What if something happened and I needed the footage. I can’t trust the cameras to even playback. Wouldn’t recommend

Had this camera a couple of months and so far it’s works perfectly. Good video quality and I like the ability to scan the whole room. We can keep a check on our dogs and even talk to them.
Alert time

You cant set a customized alert time more than 1 hour. If you try to set it for 7 pm to 7 am it reverts to 7pm to 8 pm.you can try holding the am time roller but nothing works. Always reverts to only a 1 hour alert time. I sent the firs t review complaining about the alert time settings. What i didnt say is the camera works great. Too good, i have it pointed at an outside property gate. It picks up every bug and bird that flys through it. I would like to only have alerts during the night hours but the app will only set for 1 hour at a time and you can set 3 of them?? Need to be able to set it for a 10 or 12 hour night period. I dont know if the problem is with the app, or my equipment so i have to get constant alerts or turn the camera off all the time. Very frustating

I love my cameras. I am running into an issue where all of my cameras are set to the same time zone, but they all show different times. They vary from 1 minute difference up to a 4 minute difference. How can this be fixed?

Used to be like 3 bucks a month for one camera that’s cool but 12 bucks it’s just a total turn off really
