Glitchy garbage WiFi connection

MO303knives

This is terrible way to connect the camera to the app it really should be Bluetooth. The app won’t open until the camera and phones data service has been disabled I expected more from this product it is very upsetting and frustrating

Crashes but here’s how to get it to open

Kerly31415

One star because the app crashes unless you know this way to open it. This is a restatement of a much earlier review. To get the app to open without crashing you have to put your phone in airplane mode, and turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Then open the app. It will say there is no network available. At that point you turn on Wi-Fi and connect the phone to your camera. Seems to work every time! Thanks to the person who first figured this out. The lack of a fix for this major problem for means the app is not being supported. Too bad because I really like the camera and am impressed with the pictures and videos it takes.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone SE

After launching the app it keeps crashing

Must disable cellular to link iPhone!

Jkanderson7

Great tips to link iPhone - I had to put iPhone in airplane mode to enable camera-phone link, and then all worked per directions. Major bug!

Crashes on my xr

Doesnt work

Crashes WAY too much

Da Bishop

This app crashes CONSTANTLY! It’s honestly a waste of time. If and when it works it’s fine. But having to keep trying to load the app back, to back, to back, to back, to back, to back, to back, to back, is almost as stupid as typing back to back that many times! If you don’t want continue to work out bugs and update your app sell the tech to another company!

Nice camera, poor interoperability

JoeIoT

It’s hard to express the level of frustration I experience trying to get content *off* of the camera. The app constantly crashes, and I’m unable to use it for any interaction with the camera. It might be more useful if it didn’t crash.
