Worked great until iOS update

The app worked great until the latest iOS update. Now the app crashes constantly and won’t even load completely. Please fix this!

The app was great when I first used it about 6 months ago. Not it does nothing but crash as soon as I open it. Tried deleting it and download it again, reset my phone....nothing. Does not work anymore. Please fix this app!!!!!

This app automatically shuts down right when you get on it so now how am I supposed to Control my camera all of this this is so annoying and I hate this I would not recommend this to anybody I don’t think your creators care but I do because now I can’t control my camera and would also not recommend to buy this item

Hi, The application is always crashing. I am using the latest version on my iPhone 7+ version 12.2. I can’t open and download photos from the camera via WiFi because the application is crashing. Please fix this bug.

Purchased 4K+ couple weeks ago to live stream on Facebook (high school baseball games, youth baseball games, etc...). Several issues with the app. The main one for me, you cannot live stream. I have called Yi directly multiple times, emailed Yi several times, sent them FB messages, etc... First time calling the lady didn’t understand why it wouldn’t work for me. Later in the conversation she tells me tech dept is working on a new firmware update that will fix the problem and they have known about this issue. She then proceeds to tell me it will be released in one week (didn’t happen). So I called back and talked to a different person. He didn’t know anything about the firmware update. He did talk to the tech dept and they told him a new firmware will come out in future for various items. Email responses tell me to visit the website and read the tutorials or delete Yi action app and reload. I guess you don’t think I tried all of this. Don’t waste your time with these Yi action cameras or app. They crash at random times, audio is horrible, live streaming doesn’t work, customer service doesn’t know what is going on but will tell you what you want to hear.

The camera works great but this app is useless. Crashes every time I try to view or trim a clip. Has been months and still no update.

Terrible brand that fails to update IOS apps that THEY own. If you are thinking of getting a Yi brand camera....do yourself a huge favor and get something different. You will regret if you do
