Live preview issues

I had the same issues reported with live previews as other reviewers. However, I have found a workaround: Disable your phone’s cellular connection or disable cellular data for this app. Leave only the WiFi connection to the camera enabled. When I did this, the preview stream connected instantly. I suspect the app is trying to use the cell data to connect to the live stream and WiFi for all other functions in the current version. I’ve reported this to Xiaoyi support and hope they resolve it soon. In the meantime, this is an annoyance but I can work around it. The app otherwise seems to be fine. Hope the developers can fix this bug soon so I can increase my rating. The latest version did not fix this bug

U can't get on to the wifi with it because it says 7sn numbers but you 8sn numbers to join.

After so many updates the photo quality an video recording become weak … I don't know why this thing happened but I tried another camera and the results was the same … so I think you did something that makes the camera the way it is now !! I hope you return it to the old photoing or advise us to the old settings … please
Sometimes glitches... Also please allow "share" to camera roll!!!

Sometimes glitches camera connection.. or tries to show tutorial again, and again. Also, please enable Trim & share to camera roll! Not just to upload to Yi community!! Thank you. ?
Not bad but needs new features

App works alright. Design is pretty simple but I wish it had Periscope support. Would be nice to use Periscope since I do not use FaceBook live. This is where the GoPro wins since it does have Periscope support. Will it steer me away from Yi and return the Yi and go with GoPro? I'll give it a week to see how I feel. It's still half the price of a GoPro but I would like to be able to use certain features especially with live streaming becoming so popular.
