Never works

I have this app on a iPhone and it’s never works. Always crashes and constantly freezes. Seems to work fine on android. Please fix this issue so I can use my camera.

When application opens and connects to the camera it force closes. This application is needed to operate my Yi action cam. There is no other way to keep the application open so it connects with the action cam to make any changes. Tried reinstalling several times with no luck what so ever. Please fix! I have other Yi products and very disappointed this application does not work on my Apple XR like the rest do. Any help is appreciated.

Crashes 9/10 times on startup

Very rarely does it not immediately crash. When it works, it’s great. Being able to save video directly to my phone is nice. Basically unusable on the 10r

I bought the camera Looking to use the live feature with Facebook. As everyone else stated the app continues to crash, when I am able to keep it running I get an error that states create failed. Very disappointed!! Please update your app!!! Obviously this is not an isolated issue.

I wish I could review this in more detail but I haven’t been able to keep the app open for more than a few seconds before crashing.

Beware the app never works

I bought this camera and was able to connect the app the first time I used it, but since then the app crashes every time. I have searched for solutions and found none. I will never by another product from this company. The app was released 9 months ago, and there are so many posts about the app not working. It is clear the manufacturer has some real issues supporting their products. Don’t make my mistake.

It won’t even launch. Below it says compatible with iPod Touch and iPad - it launches on neither. Seriously considering returning the camera.
