I've been waiting for 3 days now for my credit return.. I sent money to Mexico and it didn't show up on the system went the next days and nothing so I ended up cancelling the transaction and it's taking long to be returned!! PLEASE I REALLY NEED MY MONEY BACK! My family needs to eat!!

Too much of the non sense , better to go with some other provider . Need to wait for tons of time to connect to operator .. poor service , taking so much time to get the payments

Really good service to send or transfer money nacional and international. Specially if we have an awful pandemic as the one we being going through since last year. This way people doesn’t have to leve home to deposit or transfer money to family members. Thanks again for this useful service.

Security concerns

App does not logout on inactivity. Logs in automatically without requiring any credentials. Severe security concerns.

Worst customer service

Better shift to some other apps for peace of mind. Messed up their whole system and shutdown the customer service center leaving customers to hang in limbo. Transaction showing as completed, but the money was not received. We couldn’t get an answer from them.
