Thinking on use a different app to send money

Frequently the app is either down or under maintenance. Once in awhile is ok, but 3 times a week? I try to be a loyal user, but is not like I don’t have the urgency to send money to my loved ones.

Confié en que la aplicación sería muy buena y necesitaba mandar ese dinero a un familiar muy enfermo, entonces no tenía opción por que no hay más lugares a donde ir, y esta aplicación me fue útil pero al momento que envié el dinero, ya no apareció nada de la nada empezó a falla y decía que está fuera o sea en mantenimiento de verdad si me urge muchísimo ese dinero y ni siquiera puedo cancelar la transacción por que no me deja.

I have been trying to sign up for the past week. Went on the website multiple times, its ALWAYS down. Went on the app, still down. Tried contacting for help, no response. I can see why all the recent reviews are mainly 1 star.
