COMPARE Before Topping Off Phones!!!

For topping off phones...compare with ding.com. For 150 php (Philippine peso) loading, XOOM is 11% higher than ding. On the other hand, for 1,000 php loading, ding is 10% higher than XOOM. It's that $0.99 transaction fee that kills ya on the smaller amounts.

DONT INSTALL THIS APP. It's useless instead of being convenient it's pain in wrong place it's better to go to outlet to send money than wasting time on this crap, customer service is disgusting and horrible

Every single time I try to make a transaction it always fails every single time !!!!!!!the only reason I have this app is to send money to cell phones (minutes)outside the U.S

I trusted this service because of Paypal's tag. Totally regretting the decision. Since they boast "instant" delivery, I have used it to send money because I had a time crunch. No response for 2 days. Called them. They say they are having a technical problem and can't give me a deadline when this will be completed. I can't believe this is a company that provides service in 2016.

Ayer hable para confirmar el tiempo de envío y depósito y me dijeron 30 minutos, más nadie especifico q solamente de lunes a viernes, he usado otros servicios y hasta en sábados entra el dinero, y lo único q te dicen es q perdón, si quiere le cancelamos la transacción y le regresamos el dinero en 3 días.. Ahora tengo q esperar hasta el lunes. No lo recomiendo

I don't have any complaints about this app. Very convenient. Send money from the comfort of your home. I discovered this app as I looked for a western union around my new home and failed to find one. I've been using this ever since to send money to the Dominican Republic.
