I get a failure to install updates every time. I have no idea if this app actually works. This Xfinity Hot Spot app is garbage. Keeps telling me “Failed to install secure profile”. Well what the heck does that mean. Help Desk was a useless waste of manpower.

I continue to have down time after troubleshooting my modem. I have auto pay and received a late message. I paid through the app even though it shows my bill isn’t due until 2 days from yesterday.
Why is it so hard to connect

I think you’d make an app to create the ability to connect to Hotspots easily but that is not what is happening for me.
