This has to be the worst app I have ever downloaded for any purpose, including wallpaper!!!!, This app is almost as crappy as the actual Wi-Fi, the hotspots are hot for about 20 sec. Then I'm disconnected!!!!!! What a freaking rip off xfinity
Decent, with problems

This is a decent app, in that it will tell you if there are nearby xfiniti wifi spots, in case you want to minimize cellular data usage. But it has three major problems: - It should have a "only when using" option in when it uses your location data. With only "always" and "never" options, you have to either allow the app to constantly be using data in the background, or turn it off entirely. Ridiculous. - It should tell you if a given network is secured or not (WPA2 at least) and not auto-join an unsecured network and thereby broadcast all your data without telling you - It should provide an offline list of wifi spots. As it is, if you don't have cell connection or wifi the app is useless.

Every time I open Safari I get a pop up which says I am connected and invites me to download this app. But I already have the app duhhh. Which by the way is pretty useless. If I am somewhere that the xfinity wifi is available, I can use it. If not, I can't. Knowing it's not available in an app doesn't help. I am deleting the app. Hope that stops the popups.

Doesn't matter what I do all the places who have the symbols my service remains dead. Why is that!!! Cmon step up ur game. It's paid services. Should be automatic. Automatic indeed! I'm really disappointed with it. It actually works well in the home when I have a network WOW. Can u make it work outside the home for a change. Please.......

The app is useless. It can't even find me, asks for me to "enable wifi" to find my location. Ironic and ultimately useless. Terrible.
