App say there is a new security profile but it fails all the time to install. But when you go to settings it say your profile is current. Confusing!

I haven’t been able to log into my account for ANY reason for over 13 days now. I’ve called customer service. Was hung up on twice. What on earth is the problem??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND XFINITY TO ANYONE.

I was se nr home yesterday y with a modem and told follow directions. I wasn’t told modem cut off so I could no sign into app as tOld. I am sick of this. The y close stor Ed leave 1 store. No parking. And when u phone the robot says/does what they wan T to do. Not listen to What I need; why I called Lydia55

As the title says Xfinity has this app working how it’s supposed to as long as you keep your profiles updated, and the offline map updated.
