I don’t even know why this app exists. Never connected me to a hotspot. It’s a scam

With the latest version I am no longer able to see or update the profile for the network. When I am in the area of a hotspot I get an error message telling me to update my security profile yet I’m unable to do so. Under profiles the xfinity profile doesn’t exist either.

It only works if I’m at home with the system on. On the street I cannot connect and I don’t get the service I’ve been promise from the Comcast and the app. I’m really disappointed Today with the lack of electricity the app didn’t work anywhere.
