xfinity is a horrible company. over priced. always connection issues. customer service is rude and not helpful. but your company has the area monopolized. 9 out of 10 customers agree that your company stinks. still cant connect to hotspot.. I think they are lying to us .., They say we get it with our service, but I yet have met an xfinity customer who has been able to utilize the hotspot.. if comcast actually listened to their customer feedback, they would learn that most humans dislike xfinity services .. but they dont care about their customers, They only care about charging 1 month ahead.. They do this because they know their services will not work but they make sure they get their $ upfront.

Xfinity is the absolute best of the best. I got my introduction to them at the worst time in my life. I was broke, was recovering from being run over by a truck, and I really needed internet and couldn’t afford it!! They had a helpful program that brought the price down. This made all the difference in my life. THANK YOU XFINITY!!!!

I can never connect to the wifi, it does not connect or if it does there is no internet. What is the point? Also the link provided in the faq to setup the secure profile is a broken link.
