I love to play this game, but for the past week, whenever I send a word to a friend, the screen goes black, and I have to shut down the game and reopen it to continue playing. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, but it only worked ok for a couple of days, and then the same problem continued
Too hard to earn stars

They made it much harder to earn stars in the solo challenge. Plus, I am given all vowels or all consonants much more frequently. The game is not as much fun as it used to be.
Get rid of chat

I love the game, but for goodness sakes, GET RID OF THE CHAT FUNCTION!!! I literally just want to play a fun game. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I start a new game with smart match, I end up getting weird, creepy messages. I took off my profile picture. I changed my username. But still, ALWAYS WITH THE CREEPY MESSAGES. There is no need for a chat function, take it off.

There have been times when words has decided that the other party won. When there have been times that I could of made 10 points and won the game.it should not be up to words to decide the winner.green August 28 I have three plays where oops something happened. I am unable to play these games. Two have been like the for weeks.can something be done?

I understand to expect advertising when an app is free but these full 30 second ones over and over again between plays that started this week. That’s over to top. I certainly won’t be playing as often.

Hello AGAIN. Game STILL not opening...which means I’ve lost all my games by now and everyone thinks I have left them hanging. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I have truly enjoyed this game and the interaction with everyone, for the most part. If it ever opens again and I have lost everyone and everything, I guess I’ll move on and be done... Hello Again, I sent the below message to you s couple of days, at least I hope so, since oddly it’s still here. Game still won’t open. Acts like it is then does not...if you can...help! Thanks. Standing by... I Love playing this game but unfortunately I have not been able to access my game since Sunday therefore I am losing out on my games within the game as well...my opportunity to gain the badge for this week, the daily challenges and badges, now all my streaks are broken, and my opponents probably think I left them hanging unless there is an overall app issue. Paid for this game ten years ago to enjoy it ad-free, so I’m not thrilled about the “Flo’s Roadtrip” Progressive insurance event that I can’t opt-out of. It’s bad enough seeing her all over creation on a daily basis - can’t even get on the turnpike without being exposed to her obnoxious face. CUT IT OUT, Zynga!

I do not like this new version where you can get free swaps and hints about places to play. I also don’t like all of the new words like je and ja being allowed. If the scrabble dictionary can’t define the word, then why is it allowed? Please go back to the old game that I loved so much...no more coins!

The update mentioned a new power up so I installed it on one of my devices.... no new power up available. Where is it? This is a great game that I love to play. But you’ve ruined it by adding all this unnecessary flashiness. Where’s the OFF button? I noticed that on a February review where someone complained about this, the developer gave a response that they were already working on it. We should be patient. Well it’s been a long time and has only gotten worse! Thank goodness I paid 99cents to remove ads for this game 10 years ago. With what you’re charging now, I would have uninstalled ages ago. But w/o ads I’ve been a loyal player ever since. And invited friends to play. If you’re trying to lose the old- timers who just want to play without interruptions, congratulations you’re succeeding!! THANK YOU for allowing us to turn off tile styles so I don’t have to see those colored tiles that make me dizzy. Yes, I LOVE the power ups ... but you could give a discount when buying more than one. And why does the number of coins I can earn have a cap?? The daily bonus coins went down from 3 to 1. How Greedy can you get? Other games increase them daily when you play a number of days in a row. And forcing me to click “great” to go on with the game when I really want to click “awful,” just adds insult to injury. Let us shut off all these time wasting interruptions. I know when I make a good score... “combo bonus” who cares!! If I’m smart enough to play this game I’m smart enough to know I’ve taken the lead without you flashing it at me. Leave the animations for the kids but allow adults to turn off that crap.
