I gave it 1 star.. b/c.. you didn’t “fix the bug” issue that I’ve written to you several times about. Since the last update, (time before todays) i haven’t been able to open up my chests collected individually... you force me to “collect all”... that.. to me. Is no fun! When you fix that, I’ll come back & re-rate.. until then, I’m not budging !! And find a way we can stop trollers.. as in: reporting them, not get penalized if we Leave the game.. b/c some.. are horrid. Relentless.. creepy.. rude... I paid for my version ... it should be “creepy free” as well as ad free. I’ve been playing this game for YEARS
Can’t get back in...

I got a new phone, downloaded the app, and tried to log in. Unfortunately, I mistyped a number (a 9 instead of an 8 on my ID) and was instantly in someone else’s profile and game. Without a password mind you. I have deleted the app several times, trying to get to log in with my actual profile, and can’t do it. It opens under the mysterious persons profile. Other than that, I’ve enjoyed the game, no matter how many times I get slaughtered in it. But because I ridiculously can’t get back in, I’m giving it a two. It should be that hard to recover my profile, or that easy to end up in someone else’s profile.
Lightening round is terrible

I love this game but I’m tired of the lightening round getting stuck on “loading next board” for so long that the team loses. I’m connected to my WiFi so it’s not a connection issue on my end. Also tired of the troll accounts. I either have to resign or wait for them to time out - either way is a waste of time and causes my rating to go down.

IT JUST CRASHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANT EVEN UPDATE ANYTHING EITHER EVEN UPDATES FOR THE APP ITSELF IN THE APP STORE!!!!!
Not a fan of the new features

Overall, love the game but I don’t like the new hint feature. I wish there was an option to play matches without it. It seems neat for practice, but it’s essentially like a cheat in my opinion and takes away the fun of the game. I also wish the rewards and weekly things didn’t automatically pop up while playing. It’s annoying after a while.

Practice game every time I start one go to play again says something went wrong next one again 3 of them try to start a game can’t till others r finished how when u tell me something went wrong I deleted & reinstalled so many times sick of it

The update mentioned a new power up so I installed it on one of my devices.... no new power up available. Where is it? This is a great game that I love to play. But you’ve ruined it by adding all this unnecessary flashiness. Where’s the OFF button? I noticed that on a February review where someone complained about this, the developer gave a response that they were already working on it. We should be patient. Well it’s been a long time and has only gotten worse! Thank goodness I paid 99cents to remove ads for this game 10 years ago. With what you’re charging now, I would have uninstalled ages ago. But w/o ads I’ve been a loyal player ever since. And invited friends to play. If you’re trying to lose the old- timers who just want to play without interruptions, congratulations you’re succeeding!! THANK YOU for allowing us to turn off tile styles so I don’t have to see those colored tiles that make me dizzy. Yes, I LOVE the power ups ... but you could give a discount when buying more than one. And why does the number of coins I can earn have a cap?? The daily bonus coins went down from 3 to 1. How Greedy can you get? Other games increase them daily when you play a number of days in a row. And forcing me to click “great” to go on with the game when I really want to click “awful,” just adds insult to injury. Let us shut off all these time wasting interruptions. I know when I make a good score... “combo bonus” who cares!! If I’m smart enough to play this game I’m smart enough to know I’ve taken the lead without you flashing it at me. Leave the animations for the kids but allow adults to turn off that crap.

Fine game, a few annoyances such as the fact anyone who plays you becomes a friend and there’s no option to remove them. Please make an option to delete friends (yes, I know we have the ability to individually block people, but they still show up as friends).
