I have been using this for about a year loved it. Today it stoped logging mileage??? It’s only giving me the amount of time I walked? Please look into this. Thanks will rate 5 stars if corrected.

Been waiting more than ten min for the email I need to sign up. Have asked to have it resent five times.

This is a great cause and awesome way to encourage dog owners to stay active. I agree with other reviews in that a running total of how much money has been donated to the local shelter is a needed addition. Contacting the shelter regularly to check is cumbersome as a user. Since people are usually skeptical of any “free” thing claiming to donate money to a good cause (myself included), having easily accessible monetary stats would likely increase the app’s popularity. I just got the app and have not experienced any issues so far (will update if I do) ??

Thank you for changing the location settings to "while using" instead of always. You listened to the customer. We are now using this app again With the last two versions there have been problems with gps. First update would not track in the background. Most recent version seems to do that and gives correct mileage and time, but the map is not accurate.

How de we know this app does what it says? I have walked a lot with my dog. Probably several hundred miles since installing the app. Is it just a scam for adds or is the shelter I have indicated really getting anything? There is no accountability on the side of the developer and backers to let us know. Otherwise it is a tracking app that spams us as far as I am concerned.

The money absolutely does go to the destination you choose. The app does not just send you ads and track your location. My friend works for the place I chose, Canine Cupids, and she confirmed that they do in fact get the donations.

I've had this app for a few years. Recently I have found it is definitely using location services when not in use despite being set on that option. I got home from work and it had a notification of "arrived home" even though I had never set a home address and the app was not open. It's also present on the lock screen regardless of settings. I appreciate the mission, but this app seems very suspect in terms of security.
