So far I’ve spent 30 minutes with this scale. Still haven’t been able to get it to weigh me!

Bugs persist indefinitely

Meausurement fan

For at least around a year, there’s been a bug with the time entry on exercise activities. Just shocking lack of competence or caring that the product works properly.

Works well. Badges are an annoying distraction

I hoptheres a way to shut those off.

Don’t use if you don’t use Apple Mail as your default mail client

arbnknight

Contacted support months ago asking that they support a new feature of iOS that allows apps to send email via the “default” mail app. This allows Gmail and Outlook to be used instead of Apple Mail. After months, my issue still isn’t resolved and I just received a survey about experience contacting support. I cannot share BP reading via my default mail app in iOS 15, which is Outlook. The Withings app is hard coded to only use the Apple Mail app which goes counter to Apple opening up mail and browser defaults in iOS. I have sent screenshots and entire videos to support and nothing came of it. I even went so far as to send them the iOS dev docs on how to leverage the default mail client changes in iOS. The only reason the app gets two stars is the hardware.

Disappointed as a user for 12 years

stupid to require nicknames

I was an early adopter…but the app is just not very high quality. Many readings from the scale or BP don’t get consistently uploaded defeating the purpose and usefulness of connected devices. Inexcusable in these days and there is no feedback/means to know when not working.
