repeated failure to sync

the app is configured to share data with apple health. yet it consistently fails to send or receive data with any app. also fails to receive data from associated withing devices. all-in-all a very frustrating app and/or service. recommend avoiding any withing products. they’re as incompetent and annoying as fitbit.

I got a withings scale after not having one for more than 20 years and I really like how it gives you a sense of bone and muscle but the commentary in the app is awful for anyone watching their weight. It’s de-motivating and seems somewhat uninformed by psychology or science. I suggest using the scale but not the app!

I paid the $60 iap for the Heartbeat Health connectivity; am excited about this new ECG review feature. Wish there was a way to communicate with them directly if the need arises. That would clearly make the Scanwatch a superior product with superior support. As for the app, it’s very thorough. Knowing instantly how many more calories you need to burn to stay fit would help, though. Both on the watch and in the app. Adding PIP support would be helpful too.

After a heck of a time setting it up, since it didn’t want to sync properly, it went into a reboot loop after a few months. Really disappointed in this product.

Why do I need a nickname????
The ONLY reason I bought this ridiculously expensive scale was to sync with Apple Health. And it just doesn’t work. I’ve contacted support and they gave generic troubleshooting steps that do nothing but waste my time.
Stopped syncing with Apple Health

After the last app update my data is no longer syncing with Apple Health. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no improvement.
