Great devices, terrible app

Have the BPM Connect Bp monitor which is great, but this app is garbage. My data gets sent from device to Withings but the app would not load it. Tried logging out and back in and the app crashed. Tried again and it got stuck at 69% and never any further. Device goes back and I will try the Costco one instead.
If it would connect it might be useful

I have tried for 10 days to get this to connect. It simply will not connect by Bluetooth. It did once briefly but again it is gone. It will sometimes connect as I see things updated but I have no idea when or how. Today it still shows yesterday. There seems to be no Customerservice. I am very frustrated. When I weigh myself I have to write down numbers before they disappear. I think the scale is good. But without decent software what is the point.

I like the style. It is easy to use and provides a lot of data. The only problem I have had is inaccuracies in measurement of sleep cycles. It captures time reading as napping or sleeping I wish there was a way to correct it so you could adjust when you actually go to bed and when you wake up. Gwrogers

In the last year my downloads have been slow and SPS stops working so I have to shut I phone entirely off to reset at least once a month. This never used to happen it’s been happening for about a year now. Makes me sad love my watch and have been using the brand for about 6-7 year. Hope they get this fix I don’t want to go to a different brand because I love the styles of these watched.

I found it a chore to have to monitor my bp and weight but now since using the Withers bp monitor and scale. This app communicates with my devices and it records all my measurements in one place. Easy tracking.

Don’t know if it is the scale or the app or ??? Who knows but new weight measure is not appearing in the app. Help/support on site is no help.
Takes time for weight to be registered on Wifi
