“ unspecified JSON error” now because of that it says my email is already in use would you like to sign in, when I say yes and put in my password it says unspecified JSON error it has words to say would you like to reset your password but you can tap all day long and not one of those words is an active link so right now the app is absolutely useless. Also, allow people to paste a password from a password generator. Extremely inconvenient to manually type a Long secure password. Finally got a new account with another email and now I find the app is not what I saw when I bought this. It changed yesterday. Instead of a lateral bar with your reading and green red or yellow. Now there is a box with your reading and 5 of 6 meaningless vertical barbells. One they are tiny,Some of us need reading glasses, two,The tiny little barbells have no scale and no numbers so they really are completely totally meaningless what are they telling me? Is it a trend, if so why no numbers why no scale? Just six little barbells in the middle of outer space tells me nothing.

The app is great and easy to use overall. It could use more information for us. For example what does it mean the peaks and valleys during sleep tracking!? Are the peaks meant to describe one sleeping anomaly or breathing stop? The app and Withings claims it can help track sleep apnea but doesn’t provide any objective measure more than a score or a green color. Also, even if you set your watch and app to track your sleep constantly over night it will NOT tell you the results in the morning, it does it randomly some few days but most of them not.
Doesn’t sync many health data from Apple Health!

*** App doesn’t sync heart rate unless data source is from Apple Watch! Why? Withings don’t like other health devices that has this sensor? *** It doesn’t sync sleep data from Apple Health. I have Oura which records my sleep but sleep data isn’t being synced to HealthMate app! Don’t know why! These are vital data points I care about most do not sync to Healthmate app so what’s the point of using this app? I have BPM and Body+ Cardio. I think I should stop using these.

I know that you want to improve accessibility, but the new UI colors are just terrible. I wish I can switch back to the old version. Pls consider to add a new colors option toggle at least.
Web site is not customer friendly. Very difficult to use. Connecting to Bluetooth is impossible.

Bought Withings devices due to Apple integration. Turns out that integration was poor. With latest update it is totally useless.
