Bad Product, Awful Support

We got this product because of the advertised ability to recognize different people. Although it initially worked for myself, when my partner steps on the scale, it starts flashing an “X” instead of displaying the measurements. Within a few days, it quit working for me as well. Both my partner and myself work in the tech industry, and neither one of us can figure out how to get this to work. We reached out to support and were greeted with obviously automated responses, linking to existing articles online, rather than actual support for our problem. Really regretting this purchase.

This app always has problems. Now it won’t even open on my phone and just shorts out. I use it to track my brand new Withings watch and scale with my Noom app, so it’s incredibly frustrating that it won’t open. I’ve had other issues as well over the years with the syncing of my data as well. Please help! I don’t want this watch to be a waste! Thank you!

Won’t charge and can’t get any info on what might be wrong . Only the standard set questions and answers don’t cut it when your dumb like me and need step by step help . ???

HealthKit sync is a mess

The data from this app does not reliably sync to HealthKit, only showing up in fits and starts, bits and pieces. It’s not usable for that reason. Further, the scale will stop talking to the network when its batteries are low without informing you of the fact. You’ll just have to notice that you have missing data potentially weeks later by which time it’s all lost forever. That’s not helpful for keeping an eye on trends.

Horrible app, terrible user experience

The authentication process for this app is broken, I can’t contact customer support without logging into my account which is why I have to contact customer support so now my nice fancy watch is a useless brick. They should fire whoever manages their app.

Trouble at first...

I’m not tech savvy and wanted to use Bluetooth instead of WiFi, but wasn’t getting bone/muscle/water etc to show up. After reading the trouble shooting info. I tried with warmer feet that were moister, like they suggested when getting out of the shower. Working great !! Now I can learn a lot about my health and watch my stats change.
