iOS 14.4 - App crashes

I just added the steel HR to app. Now app is crashing. It will open run for about 10 seconds than close. I have my BP Cuff and scale tied to this as well. Watch and app have been updated to current version and firmware respectively. Hey Dev’s please look into this!
I don’t think they are in business still

This app stopped working a few weeks ago. We’ve emailed them twice using their support form but no response. It’s been weeks. I think they might be OOB. Shame. Could have been a cool app.
Difficult to figure out!

Disconnect often and it is difficult to learn how to take measurements.
Impossible to synchronize

Not consistent at syncing and providing data. I have to refresh the configuration every time. I used it today. It is still showing data from yesterday. Some data is missing. I wouldn’t recommend this app unless you have lots of free time to figure out how to make it work every time. I don’t. Thanks.

My husband and I weigh about 10 pounds difference and this scale keeps assigning weights to the wrong person. Wish it would ask who you are first or in the app have an easy way to reassign. There is a pop up after you weigh in the scale but it pops up so fast and if you take your foot to step off the wrong side it registers as the wrong person.
Trying to get someone’s attention

Have had my sleep mat and scale for over a year with no issues. About a week ago the app started having issues so it’s no longer properly tracking anything. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommendations and have tried reaching out to support which is not easy and no response. I see others are having the same experience right now so it’s not just me. Hopefully they will respond here or fix the app.
Forces me to change my password

Okay. Dude. Enough. If I feel I need to change my password because someone hacked in and knows my BP is 134/72, I can do that myself. I am not going to do it. So now this awesome thing is junk. I will just enter it manually from now on.
Worst product, never works!

Do not buy, I have watch and rarely works. Apple Watch much better product or even Fitbit. I have had it for sometime and many batteries and no improvement! Do not buy!
