Weird and a little confusing

I finally have made progress in this game. Don't really understand the story line. Like the imp. I'll keep playing, and see how it goes. It has kept me busy for a couple of hours.

Not happy

I always have a hard time getting these games to download. I have cleaned my IPad up. And don't know what else to do. If you could help me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Are You Afraid of the Dark (Throne)?

Your little dog friend, Imp, is back for another quest! Even though you just rescued Lynn and her husband, Edward, a week ago, Lynn is in trouble again! In the Dark Throne, she has been chosen to be Queen of the Witches, and a spell made her forget who she was. You (playing as Edward), need to save her, along with Imp, who willingly climbs objects and finds clues for you. Enjoy tripping the giant knight! There is customizable difficulty, for those that want it. Good Hint and Skip, which point you in the correct direction. Early in the game, you find a Magic Mirror. If someone stands behind it, you can see who they were before an enchantment changed them. Also, you have a Lightning Collector! Some of the puzzles have an added twist, like the Hidden Object game on which the words are right side up, and the scene is upside down! Different! In each scene, there are Puzzle Pieces and Morphing Objects to collect. So far, I am having fun with Imp as I try to save Lynn, moving from portal to portal. This version from Elefun seems to be original and interesting so far.

Can't get past the mask painting
MemiH

The mask painting can't be done, there's a gap between where the brush taps and what is actually painted. The strip down the forehead is impossible to touch with the brush. So I'm stuck. Please fix it.

Witches where are you?

Love this game love morphing objects. Played twice and still cannot find a morphing object in the dining hall. Any suggestions?

Pass on this one

Several problems with this game. Transition time between scenes is terrible, touch responsiveness is terrible, language translation is poor, instructions are lacking for some actions such as the sun dial, and I am not even finished with the main game as yet. Suggest you pass on this one.

Game play

I am very disappointed in this game. I have always bought big fish games because they are usually so good but this has glitches so many times plus the game has restarted me over twice because of corruption in the game. Wish I hadn't purchased this game.

It's The End Of A "Legacy" For Me! Another Glitchy Witchy One!

If anyone is having trouble with the mask-painting puzzle or any other area, here is a helpful tip: 1. Drag the item until you see the tiny icons near your finger that appear as gears. This applies mainly to puzzles and HOS. 2. When you see the gears, immediately let go even if it is a good distance away from the receiving area. The item should be properly placed. 3. With regards to the mask-painting puzzle, place the brush RIGHT BEFORE each designated jar of paint to apply that color. Your brush might overlap the jar before that one. I also found that if I held the brush directly above each layer on the mask, the paint would apply. Hope this helps. Its becoming very evident that BF has been releasing multiple games in the same series, which are spread apart from each other only over a week or so. I do not comprehend their rationale; but I feel like this approach is an unfortunate shortfall, which shows indifference to our faithfulness. Surely, they cannot be destitute of available games since the abundance of releases for PC/Mac is copious; and many eventually port over to iPad. This pattern was first noticed with "Mystery Case Files"; then "Off The Record"; now "Witch's Legacy." I feel like I am playing the same game twice since they are sparsely distanced. Let's spice things up a bit and put out variegated games from diverse genres. Thank you! This story implements a predictable premise that lacks an enthusiastic reaction as it is exclusive of any new ideas. Like its predecessor, the setting depicts a dismal, ill-boding, and premonitory semblance, which is detailed through the use of supernatural artifacts and symbolism, such as ancient books of witchcraft; the skulls and skeletons of agonizing souls; and the threatening, growling tree monsters blocking your way. I laud the change in perspective to a male protagonist. The graphics do not generate an attention-grabbing reaction; they appear faded, blotchy, and unpolished. The color scheme is stricken by a consistent shade of purplish-blue, which has become a monotonous trait in almost every horror-themed game. You can customize your settings; options permit one to eliminate those pesky sparkles and search penalties. Inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. The teleport map labels the locations and indicates available actions; it also informs you of the locations in which you have a collectible. The HOS mostly mirror each other; apart from the "upside-down" scene, there are no captivating elements to set them apart from more trend-setting types that we have become drawn to. The puzzles are varied but unoriginal; you do have a storybook form, which reveals parts of the backstory. You collect the same items as the last one; they can be well-camouflaged. In furtherance of the above, there are numerous setbacks, which negatively impact player satisfaction: 1. In some of the puzzle-like backstories, the visual text does not match the spoken words. 2. Gameplay is mechanically flawed in multiple facets. Overall transition is lethargic with a frustrating delay of up to six seconds that hinders fluid continuum. Touch sensitivity is awry; acquiring objects is tedious. 3. The mask-painting puzzle was painstakingly laborious as it took me 10 minutes to complete due to faulty programming; proper response to my input was repeatedly rejected. Through perseverance, I finally prevailed. I will not purchase another game in this series unless all of the aforementioned issues are rectified. Until then, I would not suggest playing this one unless you have no other to occupy yourself with.

Frustrating

Game is stuck at gluing the hammer to the handle. Such a disappointment. Aren't these games tested before release?
