Although I enjoyed the first third of the game there are some issues that need to be resolved, bugs in the game! When painting the mask, the paint brush is difficult to get the paint on and then over to the mask to paint the right part of the map. I had issues with some of the HOPS but the last one froze up on me. Very frustrating. The last HOP I could play I needed find the last item, a nest. I asked for a hint and it gave me a hint no where near the nest. Infact the nest is on one side of the screen and the hint shoed it was on the other side! I backed out, game back in and again asked for a hint, was given the wrong area again, this time the hint showed it was bottom middle. So I closed the game down and came back later. This time I was told I had one item to find, but there were no items listed in words, on the bottom, just numerical number. The HOP froze up. Sigh. I have started over from the beginning again. Will see if I get any farther. I had trouble with the last game I bought, with the Imp. I really like that little guy. I do believe more testers are needed to test out this game before releasing to public. Not sure I will purchase another game with him...sigh again.

You would think I'd learn from the previous Witches Legacy, but noooooo! Got as far as painting the mask and after about 40 minutes figured out how to get the paint on the brush - click to lift the brush then tap the paint pot you need. Loving my little imp and his antics. Waited and waited and waited for the game to load in between scenes. Did like the option to switch into card matching in the HOs as it seems that clicking on an object doesn't guarantee that you're going to get it. This happened throughout the game sometimes having to click so far away from the needed object that it was ridiculous. But when the next Witches Legacy is released I'll be a sucker again as I love the game.

If this was a smooth, transitioning game, I'd give it around 3-3.5 stars. It was entertaining, I enjoyed the original series but this fell flat. The 1 star is due to two issues, the transition and touch accuracy. 1) incredibly slow transition between scenes, during the end I experienced delays over 20 seconds, which is the main reason I'm posting the review and in my opinion unacceptable. Even back in the old days, yes I've been playing for a while, 5-10 seconds was not uncommon. But today, there's no excuse, I'll deal with 3-5 seconds. But with all the back and forth in this game I'm pretty sure I wasted a good hour of my time watching the black screen of pain. Maybe I have an older iPad but I've never experienced anything like this. It was so bad I actually started timing the delay. I think the worst was 25 seconds. . 2) the second part: the touch sensitivity drove me nuts. I've played way to many of these games to know this SHOULD NOT be an issue. I didn't have the mask issue that most did but the HO puzzles had consistent issues. I think on average when I had to place something it took 10-15 times. So, at much as I enjoy many games by EleFun games they fell way short on this one. Does anyone actually test these before they release them?

Actually liked the game (love the morphing objects)!! But the loading time just takes the fun out of it. Couldn't wait for the game to be over. Thinking twice about the next one?

Graphics good, story ridiculous (but who cares, I like puzzles). Figuring out touching should not be a problem but it's huge as far of enjoying the game. We should not have to figure out the technology....writers should!!! Transition time gets really bad and I thought it was my iPad but it's the game according to other players. I find myself going back to old paid games rather than spending $ on sub par games.

Not my review. Haven't started yet. Note to Holly567: As I am sure you know by now I head up a review team called the Dream Team Elite, and we try to help all gamers to have a better gaming experience. We have no connection to BigFish, but they take us quite seriously. We try to improve this genre as best we can so all of you can enjoy gaming. I don't know what type of iPad you have but here are a few suggestions I would make. First of all before you download a new game, close out any apps you have that are running. Delete any apps you don't really use. Before you download a game, totally reboot your tablet by powering it down, wait a couple of minutes and then go back in, turn on your iPad and download the new game. I too have noticed that lately it takes forever to download a game, and it didn't used to be that way. I hope this helps you. Happy gaming! On to the game. Just read my previous review and know that this game is being given 2 stars, and that's generous. The only thing good about it were the graphics and cut-scenes. There was no way to follow the story because Elefun won't give us a cohesive journal! At least they update objectives but I still couldn't tell you what was going on. As usual you collect morphing objects and puzzle pieces and the map shows a star when you have them at every location. You have the creepy Imp helper again. You can customize settings. Loading was INTERMINABLE between locations, and unless you have the patience of Job (I do not!) it made it extremely tedious to play. It was lengthy to begin with and so was the bonus adventure so I was miserable the whole way through. The touch sensitivity was off and it was hard to combine items in the HO scenes. At least you could play a pairing game instead. There was a large variety of puzzles, some good but most boring rotational stuff and unoriginal ones as well. Oh, thanks also for two huge rodents! Only Elefun can turn a 5 star game into a 1 or 2 star game. If they actually read the reviews and fixed 3 things they would have amazing games! So listen up one more time, Elefun! And you as well, BigFish, because you are distributing this garbage! Fix the lag time n loading issue, fix the touch sensitivity and give us a logical and cohesive diary so we understand the game! Other than that I am done with your games. Nobody needs to be subjected to such tedium! Lynxie sends a warning to the DTE: don't bother playing! I agree with KimTwilight, who echoes everything I have said. As always I send you ❤️??!
