This app is totally useless. It crashes constantly and never holds a connection. I should have bought a Cannon because it’s too difficult to get my photos off of the Nikon.

Lots and lots of bad reviews on the app, not sure they are justified. Downloaded the app hooked up to the camera took about 2 to 3 minutes to get everything set up. Having zero issues connecting or taking pictures or downloading, transferring or anything, app does what it’s supposed to do…

I will connect my d750 and only 30 photos will show up. Not my entire gallery. Such a pain to try to download things. Im appalled that Nikon hasn't tried fixing this app at all.

Thought I’d pull this device out after forgetting it was in the camera bag to take some family portraits on Christmas. All my previous frustrations surfaced again and were amplified by the complete lack of quality in this app. Constant crashes, locks during downloads, and the live view freezes. And in terms of a stable connection, forget that. I think the WMU is going in the garbage!!

Rarely will it even connect but even if it does, it drops the connection within seconds. It is much better to bring up the picture on the camera screen and snap a pic of it with your phone. Absolutely terrible!
640 or 1080 resolution when downloading

This software automatically compresses your pictures to either 1080 or 640 VGA resolution when it downloads them to your device, there’s no way of turning that off as of January 2022. I always wondered why the JPEGs didn’t look as good as on the camera or PC, then I saw on my iPhone that they’re 380kb (1620x1080) on the phone and 12.6mb on the card. Terrible.

If i could give it a 0 i would!!! This accessory use to be amazing! I could take photos and immediately transfer them to my phone with this…now it doesn’t load, lags, freezes and shuts down!!

Try to select photos… “camera disconnected “ Reconnect to camera via Wi-Fi, open the app again, click pictures, then select Download … boom! “camera disconnected “ Tried using for 25-min and can’t download a single picture. Worthless app.

“0” stars would be a better selection! I was happy with the function of this app until today, as I haven’t used it for a few months. WMU says to make a wifi selection which I’ve done many times now. Totally useless!!!
App isn’t working anymore with updated iOS

App has been working fine for years but now with the iOS update to 15.2.1 it has stopped working. It does not want to connect to Wi-Fi even when it’s enabled in the camera settings. Super frustrating. Come one, developer, please get up to speed and fix this.
