Videos don’t show

Ellen Wood

I mainly use my camera for video. But only pictures show up while the videos display as red Xs with no way to view or save :(

Videos

miaaaaassaaa

I hate that I can’t download videos and it took me so many hours to film

THE WORST APP

Rnicolai1

I would rate it zero if I could. ALWAYS crashes and lags

Such a disappointment

Yolling9999999999

I have just switched to using Nikon (been a Canon user for years) and was trying to download some photos into my phone, which had been super handy for my Canon devices. However I was shocked to realize that I can’t download the original sized photos into iPhone??!! Everything is automatically compressed and they don’t even have the option for original size in their setting menu???? Ridiculous.

Labor Intensive

P900user

I have used this app for three years to download pictures from my P900. While I love the camera, the app is bare-bones. One of the most frustrating things is the inability to select all the photos to download. Manually clicking hundreds of photos is tedious. Further, the app will not download photos in background, so you can't multi-task. Addressing these problems would make the app far less frustrating.

This is q piece of garbage

Not even working w a single pic. Don’t waste your time and energy downloading this! This is the worse app ever

Update

Please update this.

Come on, Nikon!

Get this app updated. What’s the hold up?

What happened

Aceuvclubs

I have a Nikon D7200 and this app use to work seamlessly to both download photos and control the camera. It no longer connects at all. If this was caused by an update, Nikon should really work to fix this.

Concept is great, app/device is not

I have had the Nikon WU-1b device and this app for years, and it has never really worked. It consistently loses the connection mid download. I would not recommend buying either.
