Used to work well but now I can’t press anything

A great app to connect to my camera, but recently it does not connect properly and when it does the buttons do not work. (which isn’t a lot to start off with: take photos, view photos, settings, and connectivity…) Not compatible with the recent iOS updates?!?

Frustrating and useless app

I have the same issue as many other reviewers have. This has the potential to be a wonderful app. I love being able to download a picture I just shot straight to my phone or remote control my camera with my iPad. Unfortunately, it only successfully does what it’s supposed to do about 10-15% of the time and that is not an exaggeration. I spent 20 minutes trying to download 2 pictures today. Between dropped WiFi connections, the app freezing, and failed downloads, I wanted to hurl my camera and phone. Nikon can do much better, but for some reason they seem to have abandoned this app.

I had such high hopes for this app. I bought the adapter and as a previous reviewer said -this app is highly inconsistent. It’s ok if you are downloading one picture, 2 tops - any more photos and it always disconnects. Plus it takes forever to connect and download one photo. I wish someone still updated this app - the last version was updated 2 years ago.

Like many other people, I am experiencing severe connectivity issues with this app. Constantly disconnects and takes a very very very long time to update the image on screen or even just take the picture when I hit the button. I expect more from a company like Nikon, I’m sad to see that they so quickly abandoned this app and this technology, my camera is not but a few years old and already this functionality is dead, leaving me without options to control remotely as newer apps they’ve developed don’t work on my camera. Last time I will be buying a Nikon. Very disappointed.

This app is so frustrating to use. You take pics on the camera, great, but when you try to input them into your phone soooooo many problems happen and you end up mad and incomplete. You select the photos to download to your phone, it downloads one (or 2) and then stops! you start the process all over again giving it the benefits of doubt but then AGAIN…. And again!! I hadn’t used it in about 1.5 years and came to the app to see if there was an update bc surely this problem can’t just be happening to me… well, there’s no update to the app and so many people are having the same issues! ?‍?? FIX THE APP , KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY- or they will go elsewhere.

Ive used this app for years, it started slowing down and crashing after trying to upload my photo selection. I deleted app and tried to install it again but app will NOT install, the wheel just keeps spinning, even after I have refreshed page, restarted my phone and exited app store, then entered app store again, the wheel still spins! Why cant I install this app again??? Help!

iOS 15 Compatibility Issues

The app is a solid 3-star most of the time, but after the recent iOS 15 update, it’s completely unusable. Everything is abhorrently slow. Pictures that used to take a *maximum* of 10 seconds to download now take several minutes, if they download at all. Please update this app for iOS 15 and I’ll be happy to update my rating.
