I read the reviews and figured out how to get it to connect. But even then I was not able to download more than a few before losing the connection. It seems very rudimentary and not functional for my purpose, which was to download photos directly from the camera to an iPad.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. I couldn't even get my camera connected! Don't download this app..... It is a waste of time and storage. ??☹️?

There's no way I can get my videos on to my phone and also it's super laggy when streaming

App has potential but desperately needs an update, lots of bugs and performance issues.

I'd give this app two stars, because it did work the first time I tried it. But given the expense of the WMU adapter that I had to purchase to use the app with my DS3300, and given the fact that has frozen, crashed, and disconnected every time I've tried to use it since my first attempt, I'm rating this a complete waste of time. I've tried the suggested workaround of putting my iPhone in airplane mode, but it doesn't help. Avoid!

What crap. Just tells me to turn on the wifi. Which is on. Absolute garbage. Tried reloading, restarting. No. Waste of time.

I had a harder time finding the app to download it, than I do downloading photos. This works great to download photos to my iPad without any issues and that's what I wanted. Selected photos go right to my camera roll. Pretty simple process. Instructions are in the help section and online. I have a Coolpix P610 and no problems with freezing while using the app. I have not had to put my iPad in airplane mode. Have not tried to download to my iPhone yet but will keep this in mind if it ever is an issue.

The App is nice when it works. But it's buggy and does not work all the time. It has not been updated in over a year and in order for it to be used to its full potential needs to be optimized for the iPad. Or Nikon needs to update the camera firmware to allow third party apps to connect to the camera from companies who care about making an app live up to its potential. It has come in handy a few times but an overall disappointment.

Downloaded the iPhone version, connected to my Coolpix P900 just as advertised. Works great, contolling the shutter (no other setting are adjustable on the camera from within this app) and easily downloads the photos from the Coolpix to the iPhone. But, where is this same app for the iPad? The app store on my iPad will not locate the app, very hard to "rate" even one star, when the app is not available for the iPad. July 1 update: just use the iPhone version on your iPad. It is an AppStore glitch!
